What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope you will be satisfied with your order. Otherwise, you have the option of returning the products ordered on the website to us within 15 days of the delivery date. All refunds will be credited back to the original card/method of payment. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank. Please note that orders from cannot be exchanged, but you can return an order for a refund.

Also, the products must be returned to the address indicated on the voucher attached to your order within their original condition, sealed, accompanied by the original delivery note and the duly completed return form.

No opened product can be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the site at our physical points of sale.
