  • Returns

    How can I return an item orderes on the website?
    You have the option to return or exchange any product ordered on the site within 15 days of the delivery date, with the following conditions:

    Products must be returned to the address listed below in their original state, sealed, accompanied by the original delivery voucher.

    Beware, the return of the product is at the customer's expense.

  • Cashback Black Friday

    1. Place an order on the eshop between 11/24 and 11/27 until 11:59pm. All orders placed during this time period will automatically be eligible for the 30% cashback. The 30% value is calculated on the total paid for products (after any discount). No shipping costs will be taken into account for the 30% cashback calculation. If your order is cancelled, your cashback will be cancelled too.

    2. Once the order is placed, sign in or create your account with the same email used to checkout. In your account (on this page), click on the « MY WALLET » button.

    3. You will access your personal wallet page with your cashback balance (on this page). In the redeem cashback section, you will be able to generate your coupon in one or multiple occasions. Meaning you will be able to use it all in one order. But you may also want to split it to use it in several orders. It's up to you, really! Just enter the value of the coupon you want to generate, and click «REDEEM NOW». Not ready to choose right now? Don't worry, you can come back to this page at any given time.

    4. And voilà, use the generated coupon on your next purchase on the eshop  until October 31st 2024.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also click HERE to track your order anytime.

  • Discovery set

    You will receive a separate email with €25 gift card for a for every order of a discovery set. Once you add a product from the Eshop to your cart, enter the code into the designated area. When applied, the price of the discovery set will automatically be deducted from the total. Please note that the coupon will only be valid for 2 months and can only be applied towards any purchase of a full-size product, excluding the Discovery Set.

  • Gift Card

    "How do I use the gift card?" The gift card can only be used on Take the code of your gift card received by email and fill it at the time of payment validation.

    "What are the conditions of use of the gift card?" The gift card:
    - can be used repeatedly on separate orders
    - can be used on all Juliette has a Gun products (excluding gift card reachat)
    - applies to any shipping costs of the order
    - must be used before the expiry date. As a reminder, it is valid for 1 year.

    "Can I use 2 gift cards on the same order?" Yes, our gift cards are cumulative! :)

    "I made a mistake when choosing the date of sending my gift card? What to do?" Here are the different cases you can meet!
    - The date is before the purchase date: your gift card will be sent automatically once your order is validated.
    - The date is the same day of purchase: your gift card will be sent automatically when your order is validated.
    - The date is after the purchase date: please contact our customer service.

    "I ordered a gift card but I want to cancel my order and get a refund. How do I do that?" If so, we are sorry … But no problem, please contact our customer service by submitting your request via our form, here.

    "I ordered with my gift card but I was wrong (e), can I get a refund?" Yes, we will re-credit the amount on your gift cardonce we have acknowledged receipt of your product if it complies with the return conditions.
