Delivery Information

Despite the current exceptional circumstances, you can continue to place orders on our website using the free standard delivery. 

Please note that your parcels will be shipped by the following transporters:

  • Colissimo without signature in your mailbox
  • Chronopost

Delivery times may be extended to 10 working days.

During this very unusual time, we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please trust that we will do our best to have all Juliette orders arrive safely at destination! 

Additionally, please be informed that following the measures taken by the French government, our flagship store located 2 rue des Francs-Bourgeois in Paris is closed until further notice. Click&Collect is therefore no longer available for the moment.

How long is the coupon valid ?

You have two months to discover, appreciate and chose your fragrance.

How do I use the coupon code that I received when I purchased the Discovery Set?

It’s very simple!

You will find the code in your order confirmation. Once you add a product from the Eshop to your cart, enter the code into the designated area. When applied, the 20€ will automatically be deducted from the total. 

Please note that the coupon will only be valid for 2 months and can only be applied towards any purchase of a full-size product, excluding the Discovery Set.

Can I use my coupon to buy a Discovery Set?

No, the offer is only applicable to the purchase of a full size product (50, 75 or 100ml).

How can I track my order of a Discovery Set ?

If you have bought a discovery kit, it will be sent in a simple envelop which has the advantage of being delivered directly to your mailbox

The sample kit/discovery set is sent by post and is therefore considered as a mail. It's impossible to track its delivery.

For delivery in France, you should receive it within 3 to 5 working days.

For delivery in Europe, between 5 and 14 working days.

For delivery in the rest of the world, between 5 and 21 working days.

How can I track my order ?

After passing you order, you have received an email with yhe tracking number of your parcel, and a link to track it.

How to know if my order has been accepted ?

Once the payment is complete, your order number will appear on your screen, with a sum up of it.

Then, you will receive one email will confirm the whole corder and will include a recapitulative.

How can I modify my order ?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be in preparation and ready for expedition. You can not modify it.

Is my online payment secured?

Yes, your payment by credit card (CB, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa) is totally secure. We use high-performance technology via a secure server (SSL). Under no circumstances your CB number pass through our website. When you make a purchase, you are directly connected to our banking partner (Ogone).We don't keep your card number in our files.

Can I pay my order by check ?

Can I have my order delivered to the address of my choice?

Yes, you may chose your delivery address. In your personal account, you may save several addresses (home, office,...). Then chose the address in the checkout page if your are connected.

You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
