This gift card is valid for purchases made exclusively on E-shop and is active for a 1 year period from the purchase date.
How does it work?
It has never been easier to give.
1. Select an amount between €30 and €250.
2. If you want to print your gift card,
- Download it here and print it.
- Add your gift card to your cart and proceed to payment.
- Receive your gift card information by email.
- Fill in the details, and your gift is ready!
3. If you want to send your gift card by email,
- Add it to your cart and proceed to payment.
- Receive your order confirmation and a version of the gift card in your email.
- The gift card will be automatically sent to the recipient on the chosen day around 6 am (Paris timezone).

"How to use the gift card?"
The Gift Card can only be used on our E-shop. Use the code during the payment validation.
"What are the conditions for using the gift card?"
The Gift Card:
- Can be used multiple times on separate orders.- Applies to all Juliette has a gun products (excluding the repurchase of a gift card).
- Applies to any potential shipping costs.
- Must be used before the expiration date. It is valid for 1 year.
"Can I use 2 gift cards on one order?"
Yes, our gift cards are cumulative! :)
"I made a mistake in choosing the delivery date for my gift card. What should I do?"
Here are the different scenarios you may encounter!
- The date is before the purchase date: Your gift card will be automatically sent when your order is validated.- The date is the same day as the purchase: Your gift card will be automatically sent when your order is validated.
- The date is after the purchase date: Please contact our customer service.
"I ordered a gift card, but I want to cancel my order and get a refund. What should I do?"
