Your Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order to change your mind and request a refund, without giving any reason.

However, for your return to be accepted, please note the following specific conditions:

• Hygiene Exceptions (Sealed Products): For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics and perfumes that have been unsealed after delivery. Any product that has been opened, whose protective plastic film (blister wrap) has been removed, or that has been used, is strictly excluded from this policy and cannot be refunded.

• Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning your items are entirely your responsibility.
